January's Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order 2:50

Members in Attendance- Val, Stefani, Tammy, Kristen, Brandy, Allison, Michael, Judi, Mai, Carrie, Casey, Marlene, Julie, Heidi, Alicia, Isabel, Annie, Andrea

Secretary’s Report (C. Wilson)- Tammy motioned Michael seconded all approved

Treasurer’s Report – (A. Crawford) December report fixed to add October Fundraiser Julie motioned to approve Tammy seconded all approved

January Report has outgoing of insurance and membership Tammy motioned to approve Julie seconded all approved

Bird Festival Movie Night- February 6^th 6-7 at McCaffery A sign up sheet went around for help

Family Dance Night- March 13^th- Root beer garden, decorations 6:30 tabled until next meeting Alicia mentioned the event at ELAC and a sign up sheet went around for volunteers at their meeting

Color Me Run- June 5^th Asking for $400 for Sunglasses Andrea is asking for donations for sunglasses and Judi is asking for snacks so we will table this vote until next meeting

Other Business- Tammy brought up selling Valentine’s Grams. Everyone loved the idea and decided we will sell cupid crunch - Send home a list with the note. We will sell the 2^nd – 6^th of Feb. 6^th grade helpers at recess, lunch and after school Culinary Cougars to assemble bags of crunch Andrea will help if needed
